Taste of NoMI: Fall Harvest with Frog's Leap Winery

Revel in the wellspring of local bounty as NoMI Executive Chef Terence Zubieta & team craft an elegant fall harvest feast alongside sustainably sourced wine pairings curated by Frog's Leap Winery. Guests will enjoy a 5-course guided dinner & reception showcasing local ingredients in this farm-fresh, seasonally appropriate menu featuring a Pomme Soufflé amuse bouche married by white chocolate ganache and topped with caviar; the hearty Braised Beef Cheek accompanied with truffle polenta, vidalia plank, maitake mushroom, onion dust, and petit carrots; and a sumptuous Candied Sweet Potatoes dessert atop toasted pecan panna cotta, morello cherry caramel, and burnt meringue. Set seven stories above a twilight Michigan Avenue with sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Water Tower, we look forward to welcoming you to Taste of NoMI: Fall Harvest.

Taste of NoMI: Fall Harvest will feature private usage of NoMI's Kitchen dining space with seats available for purchase via Tock at $250 (excluding tax and service charge).
